Who this applies to
These terms apply to anyone using cespedes.co.uk (“the site”), operated by Cespedes Media Enterprises (“we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products and orders
We sell apparel and merchandise (fulfilled on our behalf by Printify) and digital music downloads. We’ve made every effort to describe and picture our products accurately, but slight variations (colour, print placement) can occur with print-on-demand items. Placing an order is an offer to buy — we’ll confirm your order once payment succeeds.
Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in GBP. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card details. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed.
Shipping
Physical items are printed and shipped by our fulfilment partner, Printify, once payment is confirmed. Delivery times depend on the product and destination and aren’t guaranteed. See our Returns policy for what happens if something arrives damaged or wrong.
Digital downloads
Music purchased as a digital download is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial listening only. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly perform, or upload purchased tracks elsewhere. Download links are time-limited and use-limited for security — see our Privacy Policy for the current limits.
Intellectual property
All site content — including the Cespedes Media Enterprises name, logo, artwork, photography, and music — is owned by us or our artists and licensors, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not use it without our written permission.
Liability
We provide the site and our products as described, and nothing here excludes any liability we can’t legally exclude (such as for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence). Beyond that, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
