Faulty, damaged, or wrong items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or isn’t what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — this right is guaranteed under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and isn’t affected by anything else on this page.

Merchandise — change of mind

Most of our apparel is printed to order for you specifically, rather than held as ready-made stock. Under UK consumer law, made-to-order and personalised goods are generally exempt from the standard 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right that applies to off-the-shelf items. If you’re unsure whether a specific product qualifies, get in touch before ordering and we’ll confirm.

Digital music downloads

Because a digital download is delivered instantly and can be copied, purchases are final once your download link has been issued and is not refundable except where the file is faulty or you didn’t receive a working link — contact us and we’ll fix it.
